In
early May I noted reports that the German Federal Supreme Court had decided
an important FRAND case, Sisvel v. Haier, but that the court's written
decision was not available yet. It now is, in the original German here,
and by way of the IPKat Blog in an English-language translation provided by the
Arnold Ruess firm here.
And here
is a link to the IPKat post published yesterday by Léon Dijkman, providing an analysis
of the decision by Peter Picht and Erik Habich. I will read through the
decision myself and may have more to say about it in due time.
