Also, for anyone who's interested, here are the briefs filed, respectively, by Ericsson and by former Chief Judge Paul Michel in support of Qualcomm. I come away from the latter more convinced that ever that the people who agree with Qualcomm and the DOJ believe that if they keep repeating the same tired arguments over and over, never bothering to actually engage the people who disagree with them (see, e.g., here and here), that everyone will start to believe it . . . .
