Live-Blogging American University Conference Next Week

As I mentioned a couple of weeks ago, this coming Tuesday, November 11, American University's Washington College of Law and the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law will be presenting a conference at American University in Washington, D.C. titled "Patent + Policy -- The Future of Patent Remedies (link here).  I will be speaking on the first panel (on remedies and SEPs) and live-blogging the second and third panels (on injunctive relief developments and monetary damages:  royalties, lost profits, and costs).  Hope to see some of my readers at the conference.
