U.S. Trade Representative Declines to Veto ITC Exclusion Order Against Samsung

Here is the story from today's Wall Street Journal.  Unlike the case this past summer that resulted in a veto of an exclusion order directed against Apple, the patents here were not standard-essential, so the decision not to veto the exclusion order shouldn't come as a big surprise.  I'm sure Samsung isn't happy about it, though.
