Federal Circuit Vacates Order Denying Lenovo an Antisuit Injunction Against Ericsson

Here is the opinion.  I plan to have more to say about later today.  The court does not say that Lenovo is entitled to an antisuit injunction, but only that the district court erred in its analysis of the first part of the relevant legal standard.
