I was sorry to read that Florian Mueller has decided to wind down FOSS Patents (see here), but I will be eager to read his book on the Microsoft-ActivisionBlizzard merger when it comes out, and I wish him all the best in his new endeavor. Florian has been a great source of information over the years--not just to me, but to the entire patent and antitrust law community--but more than that a friend, and I hope that our paths cross again before long.
