I may have more to say about this in due course, but for now I will just note that on Monday "28 former government enforcement officials, professors, and public interest advocates" sent a letter to the DOJ's Assistant Attorney General in charge of the Antitrust Division, Jonathan Kanter, urging him to reconsider the Avanci Business Review Letter his predecessor, Makan Delrahim, issued in July 2020.
