Jurimetrics and IP Law Commentaries on Patent Remedies and Complex Products

Hat tip to Jorge Contreras for alerting me, via LinkedIn, that the summer 2020 issue of Jurimetrics has published commentaries (by Martin Husovec, Amy Landers, Anne Layne-Farrar, Michael Risch, Allan Shampine, and Richard Stark) on Patent Remedies and Complex Products:  Toward a Global Consensus (Brad Biddle, Jorge L. Contreras, Brian J. Love & Norman V. Siebrasse eds., Cambridge Univ. Press 2019).  (I worked as coordinating author of the chapter on Reasonable Royalties, and as a coauthor of some of the other chapters.)  If you're a member of the ABA's Science & Technology Law Division, you can access the commentaries here.  (A few of them also are up on ssrn or elsewhere, see here, here, and here.)  Otherwise, the summer 2020 issue of Jurimetrics  should be available on Westlaw and on HeinOnline before long.  The book itself, which won the IPKat Book of the Year Award, is available on an open-access basis here.
