1. Georgetown University Law Center and the Berkeley Center for Law & Technology are cohosting the Seventh Annual Patent Law and Policy Conference this coming week (November 6) in Washington, D.C. Suzanne Michel will moderate a panel titled "Leading-Edge Issues in Patent Remedies," featuring as panelists Dan Bagatell, Jorge Contreras, and Matthew Lynde.
2. Also in D.C. next week (Nov. 5-6), the UCL Institute of Brand and Innovation Law, George Washington
University Law School, GSMA, ITU, and ETSI will host the 2nd
Conference on Patents in Telecoms. Here is a link to this conference's webpage, which will feature sessions on (among other topics) FRAND royalties and injunctions. Some very high-profile speakers at this one too.
