Yesterday I presented a talk titled Do Patent Assertion Entities Help or Hinder Innovation? A Review of the Principal Arguments, at the Oregon Patent Law Association's 2014 Salishan Patent Law Conference. The presentations were very good, and it was great to see a little bit of the Pacific Northwest during my stay.
