IPKat is reporting on Justice Birss's decision today in Unwired Planet v. Hauwei, the first decision by an English court determining a FRAND royalty (and finding an injunction against the defendant Huawei to be appropriate). Here is a link to the judgment, which I will try to get around to reading today and report back on in the near future.
